The WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, AND WHY OF THE NATIONAL FINALS RODEO

Welcome to the most fantastic days and nights of Rodeo this year! For the first ten days of December, the sun will shine slightly brighter over the cowboys and cowgirls in fabulous Las Vegas. As they continue a journey competing for the Gold Buckle, 10.9 million dollars, and the PRCA World Champion title!

For the last three decades, Las Vegas has been the pinnacle NFR location; what better situation could you ask for than hosting the world’s premier rodeo competition in a city that sustains a 24-hour buzz of excitement?

Hundreds of thousands of people make the trip west to witness the best in pro rodeo and immerse themselves in an epic city-wide western celebration! This is not your average festival, often called “the Superbowl of Rodeo,” The Wrangler National Rodeo Finals® and Cowboy Channel Cowboy Christmas® bring the best in high-end western shopping, entertainment, and all things rodeo to Las Vegas every December. Not to mention a new country music superstar headlines every night, turning the Vegas Valley into a music mecca George Strait, Miranda Lambert, and Luke Bryan are all on this year’s roster. In 2021, more than 70 artists graced outdoor stages, arenas, and theaters for ten days in a row! We can’t think of a better addition to the NFR experience.

Ranked as the second best part of the ten-day celebration, only to the NFR performances themselves, is the magnificent Cowboy Channel Cowboy Christmas®! This shopping experience is an indescribable right of passage. What makes the Cowboy Christmas so uniquely special is the caliber and variety of its exhibitors.

Cowboy Christmas began in 1986 with 50 vendors; today, more than 350 exhibitors sell 20 million dollars worth of the finest and most unique western goods to over 250,000 fans annually! You can find everything western from furnishings, handmade pottery, custom art, and more while bumping into NFR and Country entertainment titans along the way.

As you may or may not have heard, our NFR® sponsorship has been accepted; we feel honored to support the bareback riding event and host a booth at The Cowboy Channel Cowboy Christmas® this year. You’ll be able to visit us at Booth #610 and experience our gorgeous handcrafted finishes & custom windmill ceiling fans firsthand.

Here are a few NFR and Cowboy Christmas fun facts to leave you with:

  • The Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) is the US’s OLDEST women’s sports association in the USA. They were founded in 1948 by a group of Texas ranch women who wanted to add a little diversity to rodeo sport.
  • More than 4,700 Cowboys began this year competing in pursuit of the Gold Buckle. To even get to Las Vegas for the opportunity to compete for the Buckle, they’ll need to compete in 80-100 rodeos paying their own expenses and entry fees.
  • The National Rodeo Finals® has been sold out the last 33 years in a row.

Don’t miss out on your chance to register for some fun drawings, pick up some special NFR® goodies and design the Windmill fan of your dreams! Come see the special unveiling of new products this year.

We can’t wait to see you in Vegas this December at 🤠🎄 The Cowboy Channel Cowboy Christmas® !!
